SURFACTANTS / WETTING AGENT FOR RUBBER

DEVULCANIZING AGENTS

Recycling rubber scrab and waste of cured rubber is still hard to find the way to dispose. Now , there’s only one industry, The Reclaiming rubber which we can be accept now. However, only Natural rubber scrabs which the reclaiming factory will be allowed to use in their process.

But right now,  we can prove to everybody that we can renew every sulphur cured rubber. You can get 0% of scrab waste from your process.

COUPLING AGENT

Until now, many people in rubber industries have known only the Silane Coupling agent which can improve abrasion properties in rubber. Moreover,we can use it only in Silica. And its limitation of Silane using, we can get its benefits only from the Sulphur curing process.

We have many kinds of Coupling Agents that can use with many fillers, many curig system, many rubber and many plastic. Even the Polyurethane, we can use our couplings to add great physical properties.

ANTISTATIC AGENT

Not only the electronic parts that need the Antistatic property, but also almost rubber articles. Because dust is the main cause that make surface of products dirty. Those dust can stick to the surface of articles toughly , Cause they have different polar. They will be attracted together.

With our Antistatic agent, you can protect  those cause of that problem.

Our chemicals will block rubber surface polar. When the dust stick to the surface, you can clean it with the bear hand because there’s no polar.

Friction Reducing Agent

Friction on the surface of rubber goods is not good for every products. Many products need smooth surface, good de-molding etc. Sometime, friction on the surface cause of the noise and surface roughness. Because the product may touch to the metal parts or any parts that we cannot use oil or grease to reduce friction. Those oil will destroy rubber products.

LOW/ HIGH TEMPERATURE PLASTICIZER

All of Petroleum oil, Napthanic oil , Parafinic oil  and DOP are not good enough for too Low and too high temperature. In actual uses,product must face to bad atmosphere such as winter. Those plasticizers will be bleed and become solid part on the surface then will be removed by itself. Some product must be used close to the heater or hot articles, those plasticizers will be votallized .  Only add some special plasticizers we will get special benefits that our competitors cannot expect.
